met with two wonderful women today, who had full body massages. They left feeling relaxed and calm and ready for bed.
The perfect setting was created for them, with candles, relaxing massage music / sounds, rose petals floating in water.... I used Lavender and Geranium Oil today, the best oil for de-stressing and rebalancing the mind and body.
