Here’s how to make oatmeal in less than 10 minutes with just 5 simple ingredients. It’s heart healthy and so delicious.😋

What You Need to Make the Perfect Bowl of Oatmeal🥣
➡️old fashioned rolled oats – rolled oats make for such a creamy bowl of oatmeal.
➡️water or milk – water works great, but you can use milk if desired. I usually do a 1:2 ratio of oats to liquid. I typically use water for the liquid, but sometimes I’d do half water and half almond milk for creamier oats.
➡️dash of salt – this helps bring out the flavors
➡️pinch of ground cinnamon – optional, but I love adding it!
➡️vanilla extract – another optional ingredient, but vanilla adds a lovely flavor to oatmeal
➡️Toppings – This is where the magic happens! The key to making really good oatmeal is the mix inside and toppings. I share lots of ideas below.

"Chicken veg Salad"Perfect snack for a weight loss or balance diet...
It contains colorful vegetables full of antioxidants and different vitamins and minerals...
It contains chicken in it which is a source of protein for us help in fighting against infections.... It provides us fibers and yogurt provides beneficial bacterial strains which improve our GIT health as well and improve gut microbiota .....
I added cucumber(1/2), carrot (1/2), cauliflower ( 3-4 leaves), tomato(1 medium), yogurt (1tbsp), lemon( 1/2), chicken boiled(14g), cinnamon powder(1 pinch), salt and black pepper(add to taste) in it. Mix it well and enjoy amazing flavoured chicken salad colourful bowl...💕

A balanced diet gives your body the nutrients it needs to function correctly. To get the nutrition you need, most of your daily calories should come from:
fresh fruits
fresh vegetables
whole grains
legumes
nuts
lean proteins
The average person needs about 2,000 calories every day to maintain their weight, but the amount will depend on their age, s*x, and physical activity level.
The source of your daily calories are also important. Foods that provide mainly calories and very little nutrition are known as “empty calories.”
Examples of foods that provide empty calories include:
cakes, cookies, and donuts processed meats energy drinks and sodas fruit drinks with added sugar ice cream chips and fries pizza sodas
