October is Menopause Awareness Month 🤍

Perimenopause and menopause can bring so many changes — to our sleep, mood, skin, energy levels and overall sense of wellbeing — and sometimes what we need most is simply a little time to switch off and look after ourselves.

My Menopause Wellness Package has been created with exactly that in mind.

Two hours of uninterrupted time for you, combining a deeply relaxing full body massage using nourishing organic plant oils, Indian head massage and reflexology.

🌿 Full Body Menopause Massage
🌿 Indian Head Massage
🌿 Reflexology
🌿 2 hours | £70

This isn't about promising to “fix” menopause. It's about creating space to relax, ease tension, nourish changing skin and give your body and mind a bit of much-needed TLC during a time when they can feel like they're doing whatever the hell they want 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Available throughout Menopause Awareness Month and beyond at Beauty & Wellness | Clinic 68

Well… it’s been a while 👋🏼😂

Apparently my last post was September 2025… so I think an update is slightly overdue! 🫠

I’m still here, still doing what I love and still in the same place — but things are looking a little different these days. 🤍

Sunhouse is now Beauty & Wellness | Clinic 68

Same location, beautiful new look and my treatment room has had a little transformation of its own 🥰

I’m continuing to offer:

✨ Massage
✨ Reflexology
✨ Indian Head Massage
✨ Reiki

And more to come soon!

Whether you need an hour to switch off, some much-needed time for yourself, or a treatment tailored to how you’re feeling that day, I’d love to welcome you into my new space at Clinic 68, where beauty meets wellness ✨

And I promise I’ll try not to leave it another year before I post again… 😂
