☕ Taking a quiet moment with a coffee between clients, and I can’t help but feel grateful. Doing what I love, meeting such wonderful people, and holding space for them is such a privilege. 💛

The room’s all set and ready for my client this morning ✨
I’ve made 3 gorgeous aromatherapy blends for them to choose from, and I’ve also used my Benzoin natural mist to cleanse and prepare the space 🌿💧

Benzoin has the most comforting, warm vanilla-like scent – it’s known for being protecting, soothing and healing. The perfect way to set the energy before a treatment, helping to create a calm, safe and welcoming space 💜

Today’s appointment includes a back, neck & shoulders massage, Indian head massage and Reiki – such a beautiful combination for relaxation, balance and emotional release 💆‍♀️✨

✨ This morning’s Indian head massage & Reiki session was all about Root Chakra energy — grounding, security, and stability 🌿❤️

We worked on reconnecting with the earth, feeling safe in our bodies, and letting that solid foundation allow transformation to flow.

The card that came through was FLUID – May you shift and transform 🌊 reminding us that when we’re rooted, we can move through life’s changes with ease and grace.

Today’s tools: grounding tea, chakra mist, and a gentle reminder to breathe deeply, feel your feet on the earth, and trust your path. 🌸
