✨ HOW TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT✨

We want booking your appointment to be as simple and stress-free as possible, so here’s everything you need to know before booking.

NEW COLOUR CLIENTS

If you’re new to us and looking to book any colour service, you’ll need to book a free Colour Consultation first. This allows us to assess your current hair, discuss your goals, skin test you, provide an accurate quote and from here we can book your colour appointment.

NEW EXTENSION CLIENTS

If you’re interested in hair extensions, please book an Extension Consultation before booking an installation appointment. During your consultation we’ll discuss your desired look, colour matching, maintenance and pricing.

CONSULTATIONS

To ensure we can give you the most accurate advice and recommendations, we do not offer consultations or bookings via Instagram DMs.

All colour and extension consultations must be booked through our online booking system.

Travelling to us from further away? We also offer online consultations via Zoom, which can be booked directly through our booking system.

CUTS, STYLING & OTHER SERVICES

Haircuts, blow dries, styling appointments and other selected services can be booked directly online without a consultation.

BOOKING FEE (DEPOSIT)

A deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans can change. If you need to move your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment provided you reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment time.

Appointments can be rescheduled quickly and easily through your confirmation email.

Any cancellations, reschedules or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Any cancellations within 24 hours or no show’s will result in a 50% cancellation fee and a new appointment cannot be rebooked until this has been settled.

To launch our new scalp spa service, we had the amazing in to lead the Pilates class, our wellness gift bags, and refreshments for all our girls.

The scalp spa service is available to book as an add on 30 minute indulging, treatment that includes scalp analysis, exfoliation, steam, mask, luxury massage and tailored routine aftercare advice. Because healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp!

This is available to book as an add-on to whichever service you’d like including a blow dry or colour. And we will soon be posting more information about how to book as a stand alone treatment 🫧🙆🏼‍♀️🤍

Everything you need to know about our foilyage package✨🍸🍋🌿

Your journey starts with a free consultation - where we talk through your current colour, hair history, and your dream end result.

From there, we create a completely bespoke colour using a mix of:
– babylights around the face
– soft freehand balayage through the back
– tailored placement to suit you and your goals

This technique is perfect if you want something low maintenance, natural, but still noticeable (and we can always adapt it depending on how bold or subtle you want to go 🤍)

We then finish with:
– a custom gloss/toner
– a luxury treatment (including options like Metal Detox or Kérastase Fusio-Dose, chosen for your hair type)
– a cut & blowdry and styled finish of your choice

You’ll also leave with expert aftercare advice, styling tips, and a plan for maintaining your colour.

✨ Typically, this is a 2–3 times a year service, with maintenance in between such as toners, trims, or partial/face frame refreshes.
