They're tired. They're busy. They're stressed. They don't have support. They don't feel motivated. They're scared they'll fail again.

They're the ones who keep showing up anyway.
Not perfectly. Not every day. But consistently enough to keep moving forward.

No toxic managers. No chasing impossible sales targets. Just being able to breathe again, enjoy the sunshine, and build something on my terms.
And honestly? I think I’m winning.
If you can't tell I'm not a fan of pigeons and wish my mum wouldn't have told me off for chasing them when I was younger.
