Not to be dramatic girlies but I’ve just had to add some extra hours to work Christmas week cause I am already full…🥹 forever grateful to you all for keeping me booked and busy! 🫶🏻 However, once these appointments are gone they are gone! You all know I do my best to accommodate you all and I give you all my free time if I can, I am giving you access to these appointments early this year so please try to be organised to avoid disappointment. I cannot stretch myself any further now 😅🩵

My hours Christmas week are;

Tuesday 22bd December 9:30-5:30

Wednesday 23rd December 9:30-7:30

Thursday 24th December 9:30-2pm

I still have appointments throughout December but they are also filling up fast!!

A Little Business Update ❤️

I just wanted to make everyone aware of a small but important change to my booking policy.

Due to the increasing number of late cancellations and no shows I’ve experienced recently, I will now be taking and securely holding card details on file for appointments. This will allow me to charge the relevant late cancellation or no-show fee when necessary.

I completely understand that sometimes life happens and things come up unexpectedly. However, when an appointment is cancelled at short notice or someone doesn’t attend, that appointment time is very difficult to fill, and it directly affects my income as a small business. My time, preparation and appointment slots are all valuable, and I hope you can understand why this step has become necessary.

I always do my absolute best to accommodate my clients, be flexible where I can and make my services as accessible and affordable as possible❤️ Hence me not having a price increase this year.

I really appreciate your understanding and continued support. By giving as much notice as possible when you need to cancel or rearrange, you’re helping me enormously and allowing me the opportunity to offer that appointment to someone else.

A reminder of my cancellation/ no show policy; any cancellations less than 48 hours before will be charged 50% of the booking and no shows will be charged 100% of the booking.

Just a quick post regarding vouchers.

I’ve now had to put a policy in place for my gift vouchers, as I have a cancellation policy in place to protect my income, this will now also include gift vouchers. I appreciate the appointments booked are already paid for, but I’ve had a few late cancellations and last minute rescheduling meaning more than the paid appointment has been taken which still affects my income.

Going forward, if you no show or cancel less than 24 hours before your booked appointment your voucher will then become void therefore will have to pay at the rebooked appointment.
You can reschedule once if needs be as I appreciate things can happens that are out of our control, however please provide enough notice.

All vouchers that are purchased from now on will now have 6 months on them.
