Just a quick post regarding vouchers.

I’ve now had to put a policy in place for my gift vouchers, as I have a cancellation policy in place to protect my income, this will now also include gift vouchers. I appreciate the appointments booked are already paid for, but I’ve had a few late cancellations and last minute rescheduling meaning more than the paid appointment has been taken which still affects my income.

Going forward, if you no show or cancel less than 24 hours before your booked appointment your voucher will then become void therefore will have to pay at the rebooked appointment.
You can reschedule once if needs be as I appreciate things can happens that are out of our control, however please provide enough notice.

All vouchers that are purchased from now on will now have 6 months on them.

Just a few things from me, my Christmas diary is filling up quick and I don’t have a lot of slots left Christmas week at all already! So I am now opening my cancellation list, for anyone wanting to be added just give me a message, alternatively you can add yourself to the waitlist online 😊 I do still have appointments throughout early December as it stands but please book in advance to avoid disappointment!

If you are booking appointments and need to rearrange or cancel please do give enough notice to avoid any late cancellation/no show fees as per my policy.

And lastly I’ve been getting asked a lot lately about gift vouchers so thought I’d add to this post, I do still offer gift vouchers for those last minute Christmas gifts as a nice treat for your loved ones if you need some inspo 🤗

Hi everyone, I’ve decided to finally book some time off 😅 I’ve had a lot of people asking for appointments around this time already so thought I’d pop a post on to remind you to pre book appointments to avoid disappointment as I am getting busy before and after I am back. I’ll be out of salon from 15th September, I am working Saturday 20th but as it stands I’m fully booked then I’ll be back in Wednesday 24th 😊 As always thanks for keeping me so busy throughout the year, I need to recharge after the summer rush and before the Christmas storm 🤣
