I know I’ve been super quiet on social media lately! 🙈 Between catching up after my holiday, dealing with car problems, celebrating my birthday, and just feeling a little overwhelmed, I’ve really struggled to get back into posting.

Sometimes it’s remembering to take photos, creating content, and keeping up with everything that comes with running a business—it can all feel like a lot! ❤️

But I realised I haven’t been showing you all the gorgeous work I’ve actually been doing, so I thought it was about time I shared it with you! 😂

Good afternoon — Boa tarde from cloudy Portugal ☁️🇵🇹!

After hitting 38°C in Oriola these past few days, it feels so nice to have a little cooler air. Though I haven’t come on here just to talk about the weather!

I’m going to be totally honest with you all, I have been feeling very stuck in life and in my business. To explain how I’ve been feeling: I’m happy in all aspects of my life, but I just don’t feel fulfilled.

I have worked extremely hard to build this business up from nothing, working part-time along side the 50+ hours in the salon, and for the first year or two I wasn’t even taking a wage. It’s been exhausting and tough, but also so rewarding. Because of that, I found it really hard to understand why I was feeling this way. And as most of you know, I’m stubborn and I will not give up!

Many of you also know I’ve wanted to get into mediumship for a long time. Over the next week, I’ll be introducing new treatments. These will only be available on specific days, as I need total quietness to work in this space. This marks the start of my journey into spiritual healing!
