1. Who you join matters

2. The systems in place matter (if you want true duplication)

3. Only leaders earning the big bucks is a red flag

4. A comp plan that focuses on the lower ranks making money stops people quitting and allows them to grow

5. Innovative products are so important

6. Team culture makes a huge difference

7. True alignment makes you feel a certain way and you can’t help but show up each day


Having worked in NM before and felt like a deer in headlights, not knowing where to turn and feeling absolutely lost in a world of words where nothing made sense this feels and is so far from the norm!
