Hey everyone, here’s an insight into a couple of the treatments that I do at Wild Wellbeing in Marsden.
Specifically targeting the head and feet, two of the most relaxing places on the body to treat with massage 🌸🌿💆🏻‍♀️

Indian head massage - A super relaxing neck, shoulder and head massage using pressure points on the face. Great if you have head and neck tension or blocked sinuses.

Reflexology - Amazing foot massage using pressure points on the feet to target blocked energy and help relax the whole body.

Both these treatments can be booked for 40 minute or 60 minute treatments.

I passed my Reiki 2 in December 🙌🏻 so I’m looking forward to using it more in my treatments and growing as a therapist in 2025.
