FAQs…..
Q. Is tattoo removal painful?
A. Yes, unfortunately laser is an uncomfortable treatment though it is done quickly and time is allowed for those that need breaks. (if you have a tattoo without numbing you are likely to be able to cope with laser).

Q. Do cover ups take longer to remove?
A. They usually do take longer due to higher concentrations of pigment in the skin meaning more pigment to breakdown.

Q. I have just had a fresh tattoo and I instantly regret it.. how soon can i have it removed?
A. Fresh tattoos must be completely healed and settled before removal can be started. This will be longer depending on the size of the tattoo. Please note that usually fresh tattoos take more sessions of laser.

Q. Will my skin blister, bleed or scar?
A. Every measure must be taken by the practitioner to ensure that skin does not bleed, blister or scar. Correct, safe and well managed laser application will mean your skin is not scarred after removal. Steps such as thorough consultation, pre treatment advise, patch test and aftercare advise must be in place and most of all check your practitioner is qualified and experienced!!
