Meet Amy 🤍

Amy is our resident lash tech… the girl just does not miss when it comes to lashes 😂

Whether you love a soft, natural set or want full glam, extra fluffy lashes, Amy will absolutely smash it every single time whilst still keeping lash health a top priority.

One thing about Amy though… if you lay on her bed there’s a very high chance you’ll end up featured in one of her reels 😂

She’s incredibly hardworking, balancing clients between here and her other location whilst also building her own loyal client base and growing her own team, which has been amazing to watch so far.

Amy is mature beyond her years, fun to be around and a proper girls’ girl who always supports everyone around her.

We’re very lucky to have her as part of the team 🤍

Meet Jade 🤍

Jade has been in the beauty industry for many years and is one of those therapists that people instantly feel safe with. She’s calm, caring, incredibly knowledgeable and gives advice in a straightforward, honest way that clients really trust.

Advanced skin treatments are her absolute favourite and she’s highly trained in all things skin health and results-driven treatments. She also loves waxing and if you’ve ever had one of her massages… you’ll understand why clients rebook them again and again 😂

Alongside treating clients, Jade also teaches beauty treatments too which makes perfect sense once you meet her. She’s patient, experienced and genuinely passionate about helping others learn properly and feel confident in treatments.

Jade is naturally nurturing and always wants people to leave feeling looked after, relaxed and better than when they arrived. She hates turning clients away and will always try her best to squeeze people in where she can.

At the moment Jade is on maternity leave after welcoming gorgeous baby Barney alongside proud big brother Alfie 🤍
She’s currently doing a couple of days each month before returning fully in September and her regular clients are very excited about it already!

She’s an amazing mum, incredibly hardworking and such a valued part of the team 🤍

Meet Finley 🤍

Finley has worked alongside us for 9 months now… although honestly it feels like she’s been here forever 😂

She’s one of those therapists that can genuinely turn her hand to everything. Nails, beauty, skin, massage, she does it all whilst somehow staying calm, organised and making every client feel comfortable from the second they walk through the door.

One thing about Finley is she truly cares about the health behind the treatment too. Whether it’s skin health, nail health or making sure treatments are suited properly to you, she’ll always prioritise doing things the right way…. not just the quickest way.

She’s friendly, professional and the kind of person clients instantly feel relaxed around.

Outside of work she’s usually with her giant dog, her cats, booking another concert… or defending her slightly questionable love for Bradley Walsh 😂

She’s become such a huge part of the salon and we couldn’t imagine the team without her now 🤍by.fin

Meet Grace our nail art queen, educator and all-round lovely human 🤍

Grace recently relocated to us from another town and watching her loyal clients follow her has been so lovely to see. A real credit to the work, care and talent she puts into every appointment.

If you’ve ever sat in her chair, you’ll know why people stay loyal to her for years.

From the tiniest detailed nail art to clean, luxury BIAB sets, Grace is one of those nail techs that genuinely loves her craft. She’s always learning, always creating and somehow makes every set look effortlessly perfect.

Alongside clients, Grace also offers training, sharing her skills and helping other nail techs grow their confidence and techniques too.

Outside the salon you’ll usually find her cycling, out adventuring with her dog Sammy 🐶 or planning her next creative nail set before she’s even finished the current one 😂

We’re very lucky to have her as part of the team and we know our clients feel the same 🤍

Skin specialist, beauty educator, multiple salon owner… and usually running on pure adrenaline and a never ending to do list. 😂

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 20 years and I still love it just as much now as when I started.

Over the years I’ve:
• Built two salons
• Grown an amazing team
• Taught beauty therapy
• Helped thousands of clients feel more confident in their skin
• Specialised in treatments that combine results and relaxation

My favourite part of the job?
Making people feel comfortable, confident and looked after.

Whether you come to me wanting help with skin, massage, waxing… or you just need an hour to completely switch off from life I love creating treatments that feel personal to you.

When I opened Beauty Boutique, it was everything.
Long days, late nights, building something from the ground up and I wouldn’t change that for a second.

But now… life looks different.

There’s another salon.
A growing training academy.
Motherhood.
And a home that’s an hour away.

And somewhere in the middle of trying to hold everything together, I realised something had to give.

Not because anything is wrong.
But because sometimes growth doesn’t look like adding more…
it looks like letting go in the right way.

This shift allows the girls to step into their own independence, something this industry is naturally moving towards and something I’m genuinely proud to support.

And it allows me to be more present where I’m needed most, without compromising what we’ve built here.

Beauty Boutique isn’t disappearing.
It’s evolving.

Same space.
Same standards.
Same familiar faces.

Just a different structure behind the scenes.
