Client Update ❗️
I hope you’re all keeping well and looking forward to the salon re opening! Unfortunately a date has still not been confirmed, however we are looking at 4th July earliest!
So my plan is, as soon as I get the nod from Boris I will be in touch with you all (phoning only to minimise any appointment mistakes). My waiting list is LONG as I’m sure you can imagine, and is currently in order of the appointments that were missed first when lockdown started. Don’t worry though, I plan on working 14 days straight from the start date to try and accommodate appointments for you all. From then, it will back to full time hours.
I will be wearing a protective visor and gloves, face masks will be available for you to use if you wish and everything will be sterilised and cleaned thoroughly throughout the day. I will also be using disposable capes, gowns and towels to ensure high hygiene standards. I have all relevant COVID-19 health and safety certificates and myself the salon are so ready for you all!
Finally, as I’m sure you will all understand there will be a price increase due to PPE costs, long roots and long appointments times.

A cancellation this Friday 2nd November at 11am means I have space for a cut and colour appointment if any of my lovely clients need this please let me know, it's extremely busy now in the run up to xmas! Poppy x
