🚨 Do you have back pain? 🚨⤵️

Back pain is actually why I got into Pilates in the very 1st place...

What started as an unexpected way to help my own body has turned into 21 years of helping people move with more confidence, less pain and more trust in their bodies 🙌

Today, what I offer isn't really Pilates classes.

It's guidance.

It's understanding why your body feels the way it does.

It's finding the movements that are right for you 🙏

Because the goal isn't just less pain....

It's getting back to the things you 💗 without constantly thinking about your body all the time.

One of the biggest myths about pelvic floor health? ⤵️

That leaking automatically means your pelvic floor is weak.

Sometimes it is....

Sometimes it's actually too tight 😬

(and sometimes it's a combination of both)

The frustrating part is that doing the wrong exercises can keep you stuck for longer.
