We use a variety of dance styles and every possible kind of music to get the best out of each session. Classes at Marsden Parochial hall, Huddersfield. Beginners 6.30 til 7.30
Choreography 7.30 til 8.30
Sessions at Active bodies Milnsbridge.
9.30 til 10.30 (please book ahead as i need to know numbers before hand)

Starting 4th Sept. These classes are great to improve core strength and tone up. Also learn a new dance which was initially started to help women make their bodys stronger for childbirth and to tone up after.
Great confidence builder and a lovely group of ladies. Come have a go and see if you like it. Slightly different start time of 7.45.

WOW. Massive thanks ❤ to Sallyanne at Waves daycare for the wonderful donation of equipment for my classes. (This is only part of it) Im totally overwhelmed and grateful.
I have been running sessions at Waves for over 10 years now and would like to say its the best job I have ever had. Many of the members are friends now and everyone is always so welcoming. Thanks again ❤❤❤
