I wanted to put together a little guide covering everything you need to know before booking with me—from how to book, why I always recommend pre-booking, and my cancellation policy.

As my diary continues to get busier (which I’m incredibly grateful for! 🥹), I receive lots of messages asking if I have appointments available that same day or week. Unfortunately, I’m often fully booked by then, which can be disappointing.

✨ The best way to avoid missing out is to pre-book your next appointment before you leave. Whether it’s your regular massage, facial, waxing or brow appointment, you’ll have complete peace of mind knowing your space is already reserved.

I’ve also included a little explanation about my cancellation policy. As a self-employed therapist, every appointment is reserved especially for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows don’t just affect my business—they also mean another client has missed the opportunity to book that appointment.
