Honestly, I’m still thinking about this experience 🤍

We’d actually been meaning to go for a few weeks, so we finally bit the bullet and booked on! I was so excited to give it a go! I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but I came away feeling SO good — probably the most relaxed and refreshed I’ve felt in a long time.

The sauna is gorgeous, a proper barrel sauna, and the whole setup is just so lovely. It’s really calming and inviting and you can tell so much thought has gone into creating the space.

Lisa & Emma are fab too. They’re so knowledgeable and make you feel really comfortable, which makes such a difference when you’re trying something new.

And as for the cold plunge… 🥶 I was definitely questioning my life choices for a minute 😂 but I’m so glad I did it.

I honestly left feeling like I’d had a proper reset.

If you’ve been thinking about doing something like this, I’d definitely say give it a go. You won’t regret it 🤍
