Our 12 Hour Fitness Challenge.
On the 17th of October, 07:00-19:00 we’ll be taking on a challenge in support of Calm.
Mental health is something that both of us have struggled with personally, and we also know many people around us who have faced their own battles. We understand how important it is to have support, someone to talk to, and a reminder that you’re not alone.
The challenge will push us both physically and mentally, and we hope it represents the importance of continuing to push through even when things feel difficult. Most importantly, we’re doing it together - because having someone beside you can make all the difference.
We want to raise money, raise awareness and help CALM continue providing vital support to people who may be struggling.
