A few people have argued with me on this in the past as far as customers, so I wanted to hopefully explain just a little bit of why barbers do that. An appointment is a respect of two people's time. If a barber tells others that he/she can't get them and then a time that the barber thought someone was suppose to be at the shop isn't respected than the barber misses out on money they could have made. One thing I always tell customers that have issues with booked appointment times is that if they can't be sure, they will be at the shop at that time to either cancel before the barbers grace period. The other option is to be a walk-in. If the barber doesn't do walk-ins, then understand if your schedule changes that isn't his fault and you may incur a fee. 12/10/2023
