Another productive weekend for the Touchline Performance team! Tyler and I (Adam) spent some time at Oundle RFC this weekend getting up to speed with some essential refresher training in resuscitation, administering oxygen, and spinal board management.

Huge thanks to Helen (and Claude!) for leading the session and making sure we're always prepared to provide the best possible care. Staying sharp and updated on our skills is crucial for what we do!
