Im writing this as I have been swamped with messages and phone calls outside of my working hours. Im getting them late at night/early morning e.g. 9pm - 3am! For example I had a client ring me at 3.40am, 4.30am and 5.30am thinking this was acceptable! I will no longer be replying to messages/calls on my days off or outside my working hours, as it feels like im not having time to myself and family. Like you all, i do have a life outside of work, so I hope you can appreciate I do need this time to wind down. (I will only accept/respond to last minute cancellations)
My Opening Hours
Monday - 10am - 3pm
Tuesday - OFF/CLOSED
Wednesday - 9am - 7pm
Thursday - 12pm - 5pm
Friday - 10am - 5pm
Saturday - 10am - 1-3pm
Sunday - OFF/CLOSED
I do my best look after you all as much as possible im sure you undertand why I need to do this. Much Love as Always
