✨️ Using products with numbing ingredients in when able (Polys & Profhilo don't have this sadly)

The clinic has the best mirror in the house 🤭
I guess you could say this post rubbed me up the wrong way a bit 🙄
I think women should be given more credit as intelligent individuals who are capable of making their own informed decisions about what is or isnt right for them.
There seems to be a common narative that women who have these types of treatments must hate themselves, or that theyre not grateful for the privilege of ageing...for the vast majority, I'm calling BS.

AUGUST ☀️
The month I mostly disapeared from social media 😁
Ive worked fewer days, but those days were pretty packed!
Ive been able to spend a lot of time with the kids & we've had a lovely time. A few people said I would be desperate to get back into routine and honestly I havent been at all until the last few days when they have started arguing A LOT & now Im like yes, time for them to go back to school 😆
I'm back to work this Friday, and normality resumes! I'm looking forward to seeing / meeting some of you over the next few weeks 😊
