I've just got home from today's sound bath, and my heart is so full.

We welcomed some lovely new faces, shared a peaceful space together, and created such a calm, supportive atmosphere. It was one of those special sessions where everyone seemed to relax deeply, and I honestly enjoyed the experience just as much as everyone who came along.

The feedback has been so kind, and I'm incredibly grateful. Thank you to each and every one of you for trusting me to be part of your journey today. Your warmth, openness and lovely energy made it such a memorable morning.

I've already had lots of people asking to put their names down for the next sound bath. I don't have a date just yet, but I'll announce it as soon as I do.
