I am pleased to now be offering Sports Massage Therapy treatments. 🙌

After many months of intense training, in December last year I officially qualified and attained the ITEC Level 3 in Sports Massage Therapy

I will now be offering sports massage treatments to all, from maintenance treatments caused by day to day aches to remedial aspects and specific areas of soreness.

Naturally complimenting my work as a horsemanship trainer and equestrian coach, I will have a specialised area of interest in riders and equestrians. This beneficial addition to my work has allowed me to further aid rider development by working on areas of tightness and restriction that contribute to imbalance and postural restrictions in the saddle.

Ross is also a qualified REPS accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer, further ensuring confidence in post-treatment advice.

I will also be using my training in aromatherapy with the addition of essential oils on request to aid with further mental or physical relaxation, tailoring the treatment to the client.

I will be primarily based at Touch Of Aesthetics in Belper, Derbyshire, for in-house treatments, with appointments also available at the The Hideaway in Ilkeston, Derbyshire.

An introductory Winter rate is available at £40 / 60 minute treatment.
