Hey all Jess here, had a car accident last night and my wrist is broken, will need a operation to be pinned etc. unfortunately this means any appointments with me over the next couple of month or so will have to be cancelled 😭 I’ll get in touch with you all when I get chance. I’m still in massive shock and trying to process everything, unsure when I’ll be back behind the chair but let’s hope it’s not to long.

Just a little note to my lovely clients

Because my days are usually fully booked, arriving on time really helps everything run smoothly. When appointments run late or change last minute it can have a knock-on effect on the rest of the day and can sometimes make things a little stressful while I’m trying to make sure everyone is looked after properly.

If I’m ever running a little behind, I’ll always message ahead of your appointment or let you know as soon as you arrive.

If you’re booked in for a specific colour service but are thinking about a bigger change, please let me know beforehand. Colour changes often need more time, so I may need to extend the appointment or book you in for another day where I can give it the attention it needs.

I love catching up with you all and hearing what you’ve been up to, but sometimes I do need to move straight on to the next client so I can stay on schedule for everyone as many of my clients fit appointments around work, lunch breaks, school runs, and other commitments, so even small delays can have a knock-on effect throughout the day.
