As many of you know I do many things related to sports and fitness. Sports massage is one . I've had many people coming to see me with many issues. Many say I've been told I'm loaded with knots . I do not say this as it is very very rare. You may have lots of muscular tension or muscular in balance as for knots ie lumps in muscles in 6 years I've come across only a few . The tensions are many and really need releasing. I'm honest and caring and will only tell you what is correct in my opinion. I'm here to encourage, rehab and make you feel good .
