📱❌ My Bedroom is Officially a No Phone Zone ❌📱

This feels a little vulnerable because I’m definitely stepping outside my comfort zone by talking on camera… but messy action is still action, right? 🤍

Recently I’ve made one small change that’s had a huge impact.

My phone no longer comes into my bedroom.

No scrolling.
No emails.
No social media.
No ending my day comparing myself to everyone else.

Instead, my bedroom has become a place for rest.

Our nervous systems were never designed to be stimulated right until the moment we fall asleep. The blue light, the endless information and the constant notifications keep our minds switched on when they should be slowing down.

What if, instead of reaching for your phone before bed, you reached for something that filled you up instead?

✨ Read a few pages of a book.
✨ Journal.
✨ Write down three things you’re grateful for.
✨ Stretch.
✨ Simply sit in the quiet.

And in the morning?

Before you let the world tell you who you need to be today… do something for you first.

Maybe that’s gratitude journaling.
Maybe it’s a walk.
Maybe it’s five minutes with your coffee in silence.
