Saturday night self-care: an infrared sauna blanket, questionable w**e choices, snacks, and a very handsome cast in tweed. Obviously.

After a busy week helping my parents, I finally took my own advice and got myself into the sauna blanket. Matthew McConaughey wearing tweed came first, not forgetting Charlie Hunnam—although his accent was a little confused. Then I finished the night with Theo James: more tweed, plus argyle, finished the job ❤️

The w**e was against my own aftercare advice 🙈 but the results were worth it: brilliant sleep, no aches and a genuinely refreshed morning.

My self-diagnosed ADHD remains unimpressed, though—I still couldn’t focus on one thing at a time 😂

Self-care: 10/10. Aftercare: needs work.
