We kicked off the celebrations today with a surprise lunch—his favourite Dragon Roll. 🍣🐉

Now he’s off for a well-earned weekend away with his family to celebrate properly.

With over 30 years behind the chair, Hamish has only been part of the Cult Cuts team for around 10 weeks, but it already feels like he’s always been here. His experience, professionalism and sense of humour have made a huge impact, and we’re lucky to have him on the team.
