In between my own clients, I popped in to see Mel from Silver Lotus Holistics to provide a deep tissue back, neck & shoulders massage.

It couldn't have been more convenient, her massage bed was already set up and ready to go, so all I had to do was arrive and get started!

As therapists, we spend our days looking after everyone else, but it's just as important that we look after ourselves too.

Today, Naomi and I had the pleasure of travelling to Eagle Rock in Applecross to provide massages for a beautiful wedding party ahead of tomorrow's big day.

We treated 12 lovely guests, and what an incredible setting it was, the views were absolutely breathtaking and made the day even more special.

A huge thank you for having us. We would like to wish David and Alex the most amazing wedding day tomorrow, filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. 💍🤍

Meet our oldest client, an incredible 100 years old! ❤️

Nan enjoyed a relaxing hand massage and told us she'd never experienced a massage before.

Of course, we had to ask her the secret to reaching 100...

Her answer? Walking 8 miles every Sunday! 🚶‍♀️
