With over 30 years of specialist experience, Miss Friedrichs is a Consultant ENT Surgeon with a subspecialty in Rhinology and Facial Plastics. Her extensive surgical experience has given her an exceptional understanding of facial anatomy, proportion and balance — expertise she brings to her practice of aesthetic medicine.

Her aesthetic practice is centred on refined, natural-looking results. With over 25 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry—including 5 years of luxury treatments aboard elite cruise liners—Emma is deeply passionate about helping clients look and feel their absolute best.

Emma specialises in an advanced, holistic approach to beauty and wellness. Her expertise in advanced skincare includes facials, skin peels, and microneedling, featuring industry-leading brands like Obagi and Elemis.

In addition, Emma’s treatments include:

* Full-body massage and Reflexology designed for deep rejuvenation.

Meet Rebecca — Advanced Nurse Practitioner at FTT Skin Clinics at The Glasshouse.

With 10 years of experience in the NHS, Rebecca’s background is rooted in remote and rural advanced practice across the Highlands & Islands. Alongside her NHS career, she has worked in medical aesthetics for nearly 3 years, combining her clinical experience with a genuine passion for helping people look and feel their best.

Rebecca specialises in advanced toxin treatments,HA gel dermal fillers, regenerative injectable aesthetics , Polynucleotides and medical-grade skincare, Obagi with a focus on achieving natural, considered results tailored to each individual.

Safety and education are at the heart of her practice. Rebecca believes you should always understand your treatment, why it’s being recommended and what to expect — so you can feel completely comfortable and confident in the choices you make.

Having lived and worked all over the Highlands & Islands, there’s a good chance you’ll find a connection within about five minutes of meeting her! As Rebecca likes to say…

Meet Gabby our Colourist and Extension Specialist

Gabby began her career in the hair industry immediately after leaving school at the age of 16 and has dedicated the past five years to refining her skills. Early on, Gabby discovered a passion for colour, particularly blondes and balayage specialising in colour that will suit each individual client’s unique lifestyle and preferences whether that’s a bold bright blonde or a softer, more blended look.

Additionally, Gabby incorporates her colour expertise into her extension work, ensuring a seamless match that maintains a natural appearance while enhancing the overall look of the hair.

Meet Jen offering Nails, Brows, Lashes, Blow Dry and Hair Styling.

Jen offers a comprehensive range of services, including nails, lashes, brows, blow dries, and hair-up styling and has always possessed a deep passion for the beauty industry. While her expertise spans several areas, her true specialty lies in natural nail care.

Having taken a unique path to get where she is today, she reflects on her career with pride, noting that she could not have imagined herself in this role ten years ago. Today, she is dedicated to helping clients nurse their nails back to health, focusing on sustainable growth and overall vitality. She takes great joy in watching her clients leave with the renewed confidence that comes from a fresh, healthy set of nails.

Meet Amber, our Makeup Artist & Hair Extensions Specialist

Amber began doing makeup during covid as a hobby, which then lead into a career that she loves. She has a passion for creating glam looks, while also developing her skills in softer, more natural makeup and bridal looks.

Alongside makeup, Amber has specialised in hair extensions since 2022, offering weft, tapes and nano extensions. She loves creating personalised extension looks tailored to each client, whether they’re looking for added length, volume or a complete transformation. Amber takes pride in creating seamless, natural-looking results while maintaining the client’s hair health.

In her own words : It all started in Inverness — and I’ll always be proud to call myself a Highlander. Nursing runs four generations deep in my family, so in a lot of ways, this was always the road I was walking.

I’m lucky enough to genuinely love what I do. Medical aesthetics never lets up: grounded in science, shaped by art, built by the people in it.

2 decades in, growth on paper was never the point. It’s been about looking after my team, giving back, and holding a standard for clinical excellence that outlasts any one clinic.

Twenty years isn’t a finish line — it’s a launchpad. 🚀
