We all know our skincare routines down to the last serum, but when was the last time you properly looked at your moles?

Here’s your quick ABCDE guide to keep things simple:

A Asymmetry – one side doesn’t match the other
B Border – edges are uneven, blurred or irregular
C Colour – multiple shades or patchy colouring
D Diameter – bigger than 6mm (but smaller ones matter too)
E Evolution – any changes in size, shape, colour or feeling (itching, bleeding, etc.)

It takes 5 minutes. No fancy products. Just you, a mirror, and a bit of awareness.
