I just want to say thank you for all the messages from yesterday! 🤍 I’m truly and grateful to everyone! I had my gallbladder out and I’m felling good actually and thats not just because I’m sat in the sun 🤣
Thank you to everyone who gave me tips for before and after surgery! Ive literally been doing all of them!
Nurse wayne and nurse Daxx have been looking after we so well! Daxx was the cutest and wouldn’t leave my side! 🥰😭 that might have ment i didn’t get any sleep but i wouldn’t have it any other way! 🤣

She thought she needed more blonde because of her greys.
She didn’t.
She actually had far more natural dark hair than grey hair.
Going blonder hadn’t blended her greys.
It had just left her with dark roots, damaged hair and brassy ends.
So we made a plan…
It’s not always about adding more blonde.

Does your toner only last a couple of weeks?
The first thing to know is this…
A toner isn’t permanent. Most naturally fade within 4–6 weeks.
But if yours disappears after just 2 weeks, it’s usually a sign that something else is going on.
✨ Hair that’s dry or damaged struggles to hold onto colour.
✨ Daily heat styling speeds up fading even if you’re using heat protection.
Heat protection is essential, but you should turn those heat tools DOWN! Heat protection does NOT make your hair immune to heat. If you’re straightening or curling your hair every day, your blonde simply won’t stay fresh for as long.
That’s why I focus on healthy hair first. The healthier your hair is, the longer your blonde will stay looking its best.
