Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairdressing, delivering exceptional service to clients while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. This role offers opportunities for creative expression, skill development, and career progression within a reputable salon.

Responsibilities
• Providing a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, colour, blow-drying, and specialised treatments.
• Offering personalised consultations to recommend suitable styles and treatments based on client preferences and features.
• Upselling additional products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Mentoring junior staff or apprentices to foster skill development within the team.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation within the salon environment.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of work.
• Skills in barbering desired but not essential
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and courteously.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Valid certification or qualification in hairdressing.
