Yes I know it’s August but I’m putting it out there now - we all know we want our hair done for Santa coming and there’s only so many hours in a day. Every year I have so many disappointed people that didn’t get booked in cause they left it too late so book in now!

Allan will not be taking appointments for any blowdries, hair-ups, curls or keratin treatments and these will all be booked with Lianne (if you’ve seen her hair ups, she’s better at them anyway 🤭😂)

NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS

Last week I had £380 worth of appointments cancelled at short notice or not attended without good reason. This is the difference between being able to run payroll for the week or not.

I completely understand that emergencies happen and that is okay but just not turning up to your appointment or “I forgot to text you” is not.

If you late cancel or no show to your appointment, you will be charged the cost of the appointment before you can book any further appointments.

Just think, would you be happy missing a weeks wages at work all because someone else decided not to show up even though you were there waiting for them?
