Today I did something that felt like a big step for me and my young business 💙

I attended my first Speed Networking Breakfast with Highland Business Women — and I’m so glad I went.

Walking into a room full of new people and introducing myself and my business was definitely a little outside my comfort zone. But everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and it was genuinely interesting to hear so many different stories from women running completely different businesses across the Highlands.

Beauty by Felion is still a young business, so becoming part of this community feels like an important new chapter.

Today I’m simply proud of myself for taking this step, showing up and putting my business out there ✨

The biggest change in this before & after isn’t visible.

Yes, you can see it:

Her eyes look more open.
Her cheeks appear slightly lifted.
The area around her mouth and jaw looks softer.
Her whole face looks more balanced and less heavy.

But she didn’t come to me to look younger.

She came carrying a lot of tension through her head, neck and shoulders.

After her first Ecolifting session, she told me that the top of her neck and the area around the base of her skull felt better — and that she could already feel definite progress.

Today I’m looking back and honestly can’t believe how much has happened in just one year.

The first clients.
The first results I was really proud of.
New skills, new treatments, certificates, mistakes, lessons, quiet days, busy days… and so much growth.

But the most important part of this year has been you.

Every booking.
Every recommendation.
Every message.
Every person who trusted me.

You helped turn this little dream into something real.

And the best part?

I still feel like this is only the beginning.

There are new skills, new treatments and so many exciting plans coming next.

As my salon turns one this week, I thought I’d take you back to where it all started. ❤️

Back in 2024, I decided it was time to build something of my own. I started training, learning and slowly changing direction — while still working my other job.

Then came the salon.

My husband was working behind the scenes, while the kids were clearly very involved in the “construction process” 😅 — which feels quite fitting, considering Felion is named after them.

And now, one year after opening the doors, it feels a little crazy looking back at these photos.

So much has changed since then… and there is still so much more to come. ✨
