I just wanted to take a little moment to say the biggest thank you to everyone who has been so incredibly lovely to us over the last week. ❤️

Turning 40 was already a big moment, and then having to say goodbye to Willow and watch her go over the rainbow bridge has made it an emotional rollercoaster of a week. 🌈🐾

We have felt so unbelievably loved.

From coffee dates, little surprises left on my desk at work, thoughtful messages, flowers and the house now absolutely flowing with beautiful sunflowers 🌻, to the cuddles that have honestly meant more than you probably realise.

Every message, every hug, every little gesture and every person who has checked in has meant the absolute world to us.

And thank you too for all the love and support you’ve given us through some of the other things we’ve had going on lately. It really has meant the world. ❤️

Sometimes you don’t realise just how many wonderful people you have around you until you really need them, and this week has reminded me just how lucky we are.

PCOS & unwanted hair 🤍
