Over the last few years, life truly took over for me personally and professionally.

Yesterday I received my letter through for one of the most important tests we can have… my smear test 💌

This isn’t just another appointment to tick off — it matters.

Through my own journey, I’ve gone from 6-monthly smears to yearly check-ups, and I’ll never take that letter for granted. I’ve seen just how important early detection is.

I’ve had friends who have faced cervical cancer, fought with everything they had, and thankfully came out the other side. But I’ve also experienced the heartbreak of losing my best friend to this awful disease.
