Guess who's been absolutely terrible with social media again 🙋🏼‍♀️

Some of you might remember these as my holiday nails that I had on for WAAAAY too long! Partly down to you all keeping me so busy and partly down to me hating doing my own nails.... these talons didn't get touched for over 6 weeks (Which I really do not recommend as it can lead to nasty breaks in your nails but that's a whole other post for another time)

This post is not to show how long you can stretch your nails out for but to hopefully bust the myth that BIAB/ gel "ruins nails". The product itself is not what ruins nails but improper removal and/or application and not following aftercare advice can lead to unhealthy "ruined" nails. These nails had been through a bit of everything - a holiday in the sun, cleaning, decorating, hands constantly touching acetone, you name it but after proper removal they were left strong and healthy.

So please let this be a sign to look after your nails from when they're freshly done right up to removal if you want strong and healthy nails 💅🏼 🩷
