If you’re looking for a different way to start your day, Rise & Affirm is our gentle 30-minute morning class. Through guided meditation, breathwork and positive affirmations, you’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer and ready for the day ahead.

Or if evenings are more your pace, Evening Exhale offers a peaceful candlelit space to unwind, release the stresses of the day and simply breathe.

Late post tonight! We were lucky enough to get invited to Brewdog in Inverurie to try their new menu and hear about their plans for the bar. Michelle and I went to check it out and it was awesome. They're opening their doors tomorrow at 12, so go get some blooming good food and a beer🍻🍽️
