After your laser session, the treated area will be wrapped for travelling home as some light pin-prick bleeding can occur. In the days following, gently clean the skin with water and mild soap, then apply a thin layer of antibacterial ointment (like Savlon).

The skin won’t feel hot, but it will react similarly to a minor burn, expect some tenderness, surface damage, or tiny blisters. Once the area begins to heal, regular moisturising for 6–8 weeks will help recovery.

Keep the area out of the sun, and remember, the ink will continue to break down and be carried away naturally by your lymphatic system once the skin barrier has healed 💫
