This century is all about beauty and do it fast. About abundance and love for yourself.
Two very opposite sentences. And both has true.

One,and most known,drink plenty of water. Why? Because it get active body metabolism, cleanse the body,you feel less hungry, you skin looks cleaner, you fell healthier,and so on.

Eat food wich has less sugar,and less salt
Concentrate on food wich has plenty of fibers, more vegetables in your diet.

Move😁 try at least 2,3times a week do exercises, fast waking also works well...
Get anticellulite massages. Swimming pool and many other...

Take food supplements to support you nutrition. I can guarantee you don't eat 400g of vegetables a day!🙈
Do not starving! That's just will make your body to keep extra fat to your body,and no diet won't help.
Better eat less but small portions,and always breakfast and dinner.
Keep at least 12h gap between them.

Eating plenty of whole-grain foods and fibre will help to remove toxins from your body. Avoiding excess salt is also recommended as this can cause dehydration and swelling - both contributors to cellulite.
