To all our beloved customers,

It is with regret that we announce that K&S Cutz will no longer be trading, and in all truth has not been for the last 2-3 weeks since we vacated Ropes Drive, Kesgrave.

Most of you will know what has gone on beyond the scenes is through no fault of any of the staff and us girls are so sorry it has ended this way.. they say everything happens for a reason but for Kelly & Sophie to have their business end this way is just not fair 😞.

We have been informed of various situations where a member of the salon (not employed by K&S Cutz) has been providing false information to our customers when they either phone or visit the salon. We’d like to make it clear that we have not been present/working within the salon for the last 2-3 weeks since we vacated as per our previous post. We also feel we need to clarify that the reason for vacating has absolutely nothing to do with not paying our rent!!

We had a 6 month contract with our previous landlord that expired in September and no new contract was agreed to move forward. There are various reasons for a new contract not being agreed but we’d prefer not to air these on a public platform, although we are happy to explain with clients at your next appointment.

Looking to the future we have all now found ourselves different salons to work within and provide our services so although the business is no more, we are all very much still able to service our clients individually! ☺️

We will keep this page open for a little while longer yet so you all can still make contact with your stylist to arrange appointments! 😄

Good Evening Everyone,

Firstly please let us apologise to anybody that has visited the salon in the past couple of days, and as you will have noticed we have not been present. This does come with an unfortunate announcement that with immediate effect we will no longer be based at Unit 2, Ropes Drive, Kesgrave.

Please accept our apologies for having not announced earlier but please understand it has been a very difficult and stressful time for us all, and having been put in a situation that has made it impossible to stay put.

This is not the end of K&S Cutz, and we will be back better & stronger in a new premises as soon as we can find a suitable location. It is not ideal for any of us but we are all committed to you our valued clients, and with that we will still be offering our services on a mobile basis temporarily until we are back up and running… and please let us stress this will very much only be a temporary measure!! 😄

We realise this may not be suitable for everyone but do ask for your understanding & help in this extremely difficult time as this was completely out of our control. Any questions you have we will be happy to answer and explain in further details regarding our situation.
