So as much as I can pick this apart, today I have seen the weight loss in my clothes.
I managed to buy a size 20-22. And it’s comfortable, plenty of room.
(This pic was a month ago) but it shows that you might not be losing weight but inches instead.
2 stone 4lb lighter 😃
