Cancellation policy…

Your hair appointment is reserved specifically for you, and I would therefore ask all clients to notify me or the salon at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel/amend your appointment.

Late cancellations and or ‘no show’ appointments cost me precious time and earnings, therefore if less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel/amend an appointment then a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

(This will be 50% of the booked service amount)

I completely understand that life throws up last minute problems and can assure you that I will be sympathetic in those circumstances that are out of your control. Please note that no future appointments will be booked until the cancellation fee has been paid.

Hi everyone, I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year and wishing you all the very best and good health for 2024 and beyond ☺️

The festive period always gives us time to reflect on various aspects of life and it’s been no different for me this time around. With that I’ve had to look at various business aspects & costs and compare year on year.

It’s no shock to anybody that the costs of running a business are increasing and unfortunately it’s no different for me working for myself… put simply 2023 was very tough!

This does mean that I’ve had to look at the pricing for my services and make a very difficult decision to implement a price increase as of 1st January 2024… I hope you can understand how tough a decision this has been 😞

Hello everyone,

I’m so happy to announce that I have secured a new home to offer my services from! 😄..

As of Wednesday 1st November I will now be based within Vic's Hair Salon 12 (address below), and I am extremely grateful to Vicky for giving me this opportunity 🥰
