A forgotten gem in my treatment list- MINI MASSAGE add-on. Hiding at the bottom of my treatment list is the option to add on 20 minutes of massage time during your treatment. This is a great extension, to truly indulge yourself and a chance to target another area you may need.

My Facial Lymphatic Drainage Treatment, like floating on a cloud! ☁️

This treatment is ideal for maintaining health and efficiency within your upper body’s lymphatic system and encouraging your skin to thrive. It really does make you feel so good too. This is an advisable monthly treatment at only £36 (Permanent Pricing) and includes the following;

•Cleansing
•Lymphatic opening
•Shoulder massage
•Facial sculpt and lift massage
•Finishing creams/serums

The sun is beautiful but powerful, we can enjoy it more when we protect ourselves from its harm. Please remind yourselves of the steps you can take, even when the sky isn’t blue ☁️ and the temperature is low 🥶 - the sun is still there☀️

•Sunscreen (Highest SPF & both UVA and UVB ideally) Apply in GOOD amounts on each area, and reapply as often as needed throughout the day.

•Shade- Take a break from the direct sun, this is healthy and can prevent unnecessary exposure.

Cover up- Use as many layers or accessories to help protect areas of your body and face. Your skin will thank you later!
