✨ We simply pause if you need a cuddle, feed or nappy change
✨ A calm, supportive and judgement-free space
✨ Moses Basket and changing facilities available in the room

Motherhood doesn’t stop you from deserving a little time to yourself.

Whether you’re a few weeks postpartum or simply not ready to leave your little one yet, you’re welcome here. I work around you and your baby, not the other way around.

Because looking after yourself isn’t selfish—it’s important too. 🤍
