Pin Mill Duck Race - Easter Monday 11am. We are open from 9.30am for coffee, cakes and ice creams! The Duck Race was Brett's idea - we held the first one in 2005. Sadly Brett died from a brain tumour in 2008 aged just 39. Meet the Copper Blossom Cocktail. Floral, citrusy and just the thing to keep your guests happy while the Easter egg hunt descends into chaos.

Grab your shaker and get mixing:
🔹 50ml Adnams Copper House Gin
🔹 2ml orange blossom water
🔹 15ml sugar syrup
🔹 40ml fresh orange juice
🔹 50ml coconut water

Add everything to a shaker with ice, give it a good shake and strain into a coupe or stemmed glass over ice. Finish with an orange peel twist or a sprinkle of edible flowers if you're feeling fancy.

Give it a try and tag us in your creations. The Easter Bunny is bound to stop for a visit.
