✨ ENCORE OG SHOUT OUT — HANNAH FAYE BEAUTY ✨

Hannah Faye is quite simply one of the absolute OGs of Encore. She joined us just months after I opened the doors, nearly a decade ago and over the years she has become such a constant — both at work and, in so many ways, at home too. 🤍
If you ever need anything at work, Hannah is your girl. Need to know how to turn off a completely ridiculous fire alarm or where an unknown switch is Hannah knows. 😂
But I wanted to talk about Hannah outside of Hannah Faye Beauty, because there is so much more to this woman than her business.
She navigated getting married around the madness of lockdown and then became mum to two gorgeous boys — who, along with her husband, are absolutely her world. ❤️
And something I really admire about Hannah is that she is time rich when it comes to her boys.

I’ve personally witnessed some of the ways she engages with her boy’s-cooking together, getting outside for walks with their gorgeous beagle, colouring, arts, sports, supporting her husband with his runs… whatever it is, she is there.
In a world where we can all feel like we never have enough time, Hannah somehow seems to make time for the things that matter most. She is intentional about raising two well-balanced, kind, well-mannered little humans, and honestly, I admire that enormously. It’s something I feel we see less and less of in a world that can sometimes feel very distracted and very focused on appearances.
She somehow juggles motherhood, business, family, travel and life with what looks like effortless ease from the outside.
Although… I have a feeling if you asked her, she’d probably say she’s more swan gliding beautifully across the water while paddling like an absolute lunatic underneath it. 😂🦢

✨ Next up in our spotlight on the amazing practitioners and businesses at Encore… meet Gee from Osteopath in Suffolk! ✨

Gee has been part of the Encore family for quite a few years now, helping to fix the backs of people across Suffolk and the surrounding areas, including Needham Market. We’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of our community. ❤️

And I always know when Gee is in at Encore because her infectious laugh fills the air! 😂 It never fails to make us smile and instantly lifts the mood. She really is one of those people whose presence makes a difference.

But what does Gee get up to when she’s not helping people feel their best?

🐴 Horses are a huge part of her life. You’ll often find her with her beautiful Haze, enjoying showing and dressage. This year, she came second and fourth at the Suffolk Show, which is a fantastic achievement!

🇮🇹 She’s also completely obsessed with Italy — the culture, the food and everything in between! She tries to visit every year whenever she can, and we can definitely understand why.

🐶 And, of course, she’s dog mad — just like me! You’ll often find Gee out walking her beautiful dogs, followed by one of her favourite things… a lovely pub lunch and good food. 🍽️

💚 Something else that is particularly close to Gee’s heart is the RDA (Riding for the Disabled Association). Whenever she can, she volunteers her time to help with their ponies and riders, supporting a charity that does such incredible work.

Gee is not only a fantastic professional osteopath, but one of the kindest people you could meet, and we feel very blessed to have her as part of Encore.

Meet Rosy 💫 ⭐️

Next up in our team spotlight is the wonderful Rosy, who has been with us for many years, transforming the faces of Suffolk with her incredible aesthetics expertise. ✨

Outside of work, Rosy is a traveller at heart, enjoying adventures with friends and loved ones—and plenty of visits down south to see her daughters and grandchildren. She’s recently welcomed her first grandson and is thoroughly enjoying adding him to her team of granddaughters! 💙 🩷

Rosy is also passionate about keeping her mind active. She loves studying and believes in keeping those cognitive functions working and has even been accepted onto a beginners’ bridge team! 🃏🧠

And that’s not all… Rosy is also exploring a new chapter as a tour manager, looking at opportunities with companies such as Great Rail Journeys. She’s currently sharpening up her CV, so watch this space! 🚂🌍

She has a strong passion for supporting people who speak out about injustices and unfairness in our country, often showing her support through social media. She also cares deeply about the environment and has a small stake in the innovative company CircleRoot🌱 check out this company.

But for me, Rosy is a dear friend who never fails to make me giggle. ❤️

Meet Heidi — One of Our OGs 💕🌿✈️

Heidi is one of our absolute OGs — a long-term OnCall favourite and a familiar face.

When she’s not busy working her magic with semi-permanent makeup, Heidi is happiest when she’s outside, travelling, exploring and generally doing anything that doesn’t involve sitting still for too long.

She loves to travel, and one of her absolute favourite places is Jasper in the Rocky Mountains. And because apparently travelling around the world isn’t quite adventurous enough, Heidi has decided that her next goal is to get her PADI scuba diving qualification. Because why just admire the scenery when you can go underneath it too? 🌊🤿
Back on dry land, Heidi is currently learning to play the piano, loves a good book, and has what can only be described as a full-blown love affair with plants. Sadly, her husband has now issued the dreaded words: “No more plants.”

We suspect this may be less of a rule and more of a challenge. 🌱😂

When it comes to drinks, Heidi enjoys a nice red wine or an Aperol Spritz — because after all that travelling, diving, piano playing and plant-related domestic negotiations, she deserves one!
Her favourite restaurant is The Ingham Swan, Ingham, Norfolk, and she thinks we should all give it a try.

As for her dream job, Heidi simply couldn’t choose between being a skydiver, a videographer or a whale-watching tour guide. Three perfectly sensible career options for someone who just loves being outdoors! 🪂🎥🐋

And then there’s the other side of Heidi — the bit that makes us incredibly proud to know her.
She is hugely passionate about giving back, regularly supporting cancer charities and local causes by donating, offering vouchers and tokens, and giving percentages off wherever she can. And at Christmas 2025, Heidi went above and beyond, raising an incredible £5,060 for St Elizabeth hospice….bloody amazing, you ⭐️ Heidi really is one of a kind. She’s kind, generous, adventurous, slightly plant-obsessed, and always up for her next adventure — and we’re incredibly lucky to have had her as part of the Encore family for so many years.
