Well gents, today was our GR swan song.

There was no last hoorah, no fanfare, not even a high-five. A muted departure but a departure that is still a shame to have to come to pass.

But, we leave having gained more than we ever expected when we nervously walked through the doors five and a half years ago. We've met some truly incredible people along the way who we hope to see in our future endeavours. That's the only part of GR that we would ever want to carry forward.

There have been some highs, lows and comings and goings. Whether it was Paul, Charlotte, Ed, Remy, Greg, Delia or Jak, they've all been a part of this place. Whether it be for good or for bad. Hopefully they are somewhere doing well. We've seen lots of husbands made, children born and a few that we've sadly lost during our time here. People that we won't ever forget.

It's been a great home for us both, a rewarding job and we were lucky to have such a great platform to move to our next home.

Thank you for all of your unwavering loyalty and dedication to this shop on behalf of the employees of it. You made it what it was.

We are stuck in the bit between Christmas and New Year. Or, 'The December Gooch' as we like to call it (the bit between the good stuff).
