Time to get studying! For a long time now I have been able to guide my clients to the root causes of their pain, but then unable to help any further. Instead having to refer on to other Therapists/Specialists.

I know hope to bridge the gap in my knowledge, helping those who need it all the way through their rehab process.

I have a lot to learn.... but I can't wait!

One week on and I am still smiling whenever I think back to my time massaging the athletes of the Kettlebell Juggling World Games 2025 in London.

I was welcomed with such open arms that I have not seen from a community it years. It felt good to a small part of something much bigger. While I was only working massage at this event it certainly piqued my already raised interest in KBJ.

Who knows, perhaps in future events I will be participating as well as massaging athletes!! Here's hoping 💪

One last thank you goes to all those involved and who gave me the opportunity. I'm sure this won't be the last time we work together.

Story Time:
When driving home from Drinkstone Village Hall I noticed this little guy at the side of the road looking very dazed.

After much protesting (on his part) I picked him up and tried to pop him in a field. Unfortunately he wasn't moving much and I worried a Fox might get him. I decided to try bringing him home and do what I could to help, but after keeping him in the car for a little while he seemed to perk up.

So I pulled over again and left him in tree in the hopes that he could figure things out. I hope he made it 💪

I may be a good Massage Therapist but my knowledge is limited to the human body! 😅
